We are seeking an organized, determined individual to supervise 7-8 field technicians, handle customer calls, and troubleshoot questions and problems. The position is also responsible for processing service department invoicing and scheduling and assigning repairs and service calls. Prior service industry management experience is required, and candidates must be able to stay on task and work independently without being micromanaged. In the team-centric work environment, the service manager will work closely with the inventory manager and warranty specialist to deliver exceptional customer service.
